How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, simply contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of your shipment date. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a free return shipping label.
Can I exchange my purchase for a different model?
We do not offer direct exchanges or upgrades. Instead, you can return your current device for a full refund within 30 days and then place a new order for the model you prefer.
How do I cancel an order?
