To be eligible for a refund, you must:

• Request a return authorization from Customer Service within 30 days of shipment.

• Ship the return so that it arrives at our Return Center within two weeks of receiving your free shipping label.

• Ensure the product is in good physical condition and includes all original accessories and filters.

• Ship the product from the same country where it was originally purchased.

Once your return is received and cleared by our team, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
