Why is my operational light off, or why does the unit have no power?Updated a month ago
First, ensure you are using the correct voltage (120V, 60Hz). If you are moving the purifier, make sure the lock on the base is fully engaged, and lift the unit correctly.
To troubleshoot this issue:
Try plugging the purifier into a different outlet to rule out a power issue. If that doesn't work, proceed to the next step.
Unplug your purifier.
Unlock the base by sliding the lock to the right.
Carefully lift the top of the purifier and set it aside.
Remove the Core 750 Filter and the UV Lamp protector (the black piece in the center).
Reinsert the UV Lamp protector back into its position, pushing down to ensure it is fully seated.
Replace the Core 750 Filter.
Replace the top of the purifier onto the base, ensuring there are no gaps between the pieces.
Slide the lock back into place until it is fully engaged.
Plug your purifier back in and power it on.
If the unit now works, the filter may have dislodged the center piece during a move. If the problem persists, please contact [email protected].
