Why does my Core 750 have a faint smell when I first plug it in?Updated a month ago

The Core 750's filter contains 250 grams of activated carbon, which may cause a slight carbon smell initially. To help it dissipate, run the purifier on fan speed 3 for 48 hours. The smell should go away on its own.
