The flashing red lightbulb icon means that the top cover may be loose.

To fix this:

1. Make sure your purifier is plugged in.

2. Ensure the "Puraclenz" name on the top cover is facing the operational lights.

3. Turn the top cover counterclockwise to loosen it.

4. Then, turn it clockwise until you hear an audible click.

5. The unit should power on and operate as normal.
