What should I do if only the red filter light icon is flashing?Updated a month ago

A flashing red filter icon indicates that the Photon Pre-Filter is not properly inserted.

To fix this:

1. Make sure the purifier is plugged in.

2. Remove the Photon Pre-Filter.

3. If your filter is dirty, replace it or clean it.

4. Reinsert the filter and press it firmly into the purifier. You should hear an audible click when it is properly seated.
