To start a claim, you must have completed the online warranty registration. If you haven't, be prepared to provide:

• Model name/number

• Serial number

• Date and place of purchase

• Your shipping address

Please note: Replaced parts become the property of Puraclenz, and replacing a part does not extend the original warranty period.
