What does the red UV Lamp Replacement light mean?Updated a month ago

The red UV lamp indicator light turns on after two years to remind you to replace the Core 750 Lamp. If your purifier is new or within the 2-year period, the light may be on because the lamp is loose.

To troubleshoot this issue:

1. Turn off the purifier.

2. Unplug the unit.

3. Unlock the base by sliding the lock to the right (the lock is to the left of the power cord).

4. Carefully lift the top of the purifier and set it aside.

5. Remove the Core 750 Filter and the UV Lamp protector (the black piece in the center).

6. Push the UV Lamp protector back into its position. It will only fit one way.

7. Replace the top of the purifier, ensuring it fully engages with the base.

8. Slide the lock back into place until it is fully engaged.

9. Plug your purifier back in and power it on.

10. Press and hold the UV light icon for 5 seconds to perform a reset. If the light is still flashing, tap the icon a second time to clear any active codes.
