How to Order Replacement Parts for Your Purifier (4 Ways)Updated 2 months ago
We offer four convenient ways to purchase your replacement parts, whether you prefer a one-time order or automatic delivery.
Method 1: Initial Purifier Purchase (Subscription Enrollment)
The easiest way to ensure you always have fresh parts is to enroll in a subscription when you first buy your Puraclenz unit.
How it works: When you add a purifier to your cart, the default option is "Core C750 + Parts Subscription."
Your replacement parts will be shipped to you automatically based on the replacement schedule for your specific model.
Method 2: Separate Subscription ("Subscribe & Save")
If you initially chose a one-time purchase for your purifier but now want the convenience of automatic shipments and a discount, you can enroll in a Subscribe & Save plan at any time after you purchase a purifier.
Benefit: You receive your first replacement parts immediately and are then automatically enrolled in the subscription program for future deliveries.

Method 3: One-Time Purchase via the Website
If you only need a single replacement part right now and do not want to enroll in the subscription program, you can easily make a one-time purchase on our website.
Navigate: Go to puraclenz.com and select the "Filter & Accessories" tab at the top of the page.
Find Your Model: Select the specific model of your purifier (e.g., P3000X, Core 750).
Choose Parts:
To purchase a full set of replacement parts, select the green "Subscribe To All" button and then change the setting (see step 4).
To purchase individual parts, select the specific item (e.g., Recharge Cell).
Crucial Step: Toggle Switch. Below the main product image, look for the options. The default setting is "Subscribe & Save." You MUST slide the toggle switch to "One-Time Purchase" before adding the item to your cart.
Method 4: Purchase Through Your Puraclenz Account (Existing Subscribers Only)
If you are already enrolled in the subscription program, you can manage your existing order and add extra parts directly through your customer account portal.
Log in to your Puraclenz customer account.
Add Parts: Navigate to your active subscription. You can add additional parts to your current or next shipment by selecting them from the "You May Also Like" carousel at the bottom of the page.
