âś… How do I activate my warranty?
Puraclenz purifiers are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of purchase (when used as directed in the User Guide).
To activate your warranty:

You’ll need:
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Serial number from each purifier

If proof of purchase is unavailable, warranty coverage begins 90 days after the product’s manufacture date (based on internal records).
If purchased from Puraclenz.com, support can assist if you provide the order number, name, or email used at checkout.

Our trained support team will try to resolve the issue via phone or email
If not resolved, we’ll walk you through the warranty repair or parts replacement process

The Puraclenz Protection Plan (PPP) is an extended warranty that starts after the 2-year manufacturer warranty ends.
It covers:

✔️ Electrical failures
❌ Recharge Cell® replacement is not included.
