My space has a specific environment. How will that impact my purifier's coverage?Updated a month ago
Puraclenz units are rated to cover a specified volume of space under standard indoor conditions. The following factors may reduce the effective coverage area:
High amount of static-conductive material: Gyms, gymnastic flooring, plastic dividers, and exposed foam insulation can absorb ions.
High biological load: Animal boarding facilities, severe mold growth, or certain laboratory settings may require more units.
Above-average airflow: Commercial kitchens with powerful vent hoods or other strong exhaust fans can reduce coverage.
Very closed floor plans: Buildings with many closed-off areas will hinder ion dispersal.
Swimming pools or open water sources: While water will not harm the unit, the additional biological load can reduce its coverage. Note that Puraclenz technology will not purify water itself.
