Replacing the lamp is a simple process:

1. Ensure the unit is turned off and unplugged.

2. Unlock the base by sliding the lock to the left.

3. Lift the top of the unit by the top rim.

4. Remove the filter.

5. Remove the black UV housing in the center.

6. Carefully pull up on the base of the old UV lamp to remove it. Please recycle the old lamp according to your local municipality's guidelines.

7. When handling the new lamp, hold it by the white base only and avoid touching the glass tube.

8. Align the new lamp's pins with the socket and place it back into position. The pins are designed to fit in only one orientation.

9. Reinstall the black UV housing and the filter.

10. Replace the top of the unit and slide the lock to the right. The UV lamp indicator light will turn off, confirming the successful lamp change.

Note: Always unplug your purifier from the power source before cleaning or replacing any parts.

Warning: To avoid skin or eye damage, never look directly at the light produced by the lamp. Always disconnect the power before re-lamping. Only replace the lamp with Puraclenz Model #R0011.
