You can easily update or change the payment method for your active Puraclenz subscriptions through your online account.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Access Puraclenz.com Go to the official Puraclenz website.

2. Log In to Your Account

   • On Desktop: Click the Account icon (the person's silhouette) in the top-right toolbar.
     

   • On Mobile: Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines), scroll down, and tap the My Account button.

3. Navigate to Subscriptions Once logged in, scroll down your account dashboard and click the Manage Subscriptions button.

4. Access Payment Settings Inside the subscription manager, scroll down to the Account section and select Manage Payment Methods.

5. Update Your Information From here, you can:

   • Select an existing payment method already saved to your account.

   • Add and enter a new payment method to be used for your future subscription orders.

Note: Ensure your new payment information is saved correctly to avoid any interruptions in your filter or cell replacement deliveries.
