Puraclenz has partnered with Flex, a trusted HSA/FSA payment platform, to make using your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) card simple and direct at checkout.

Step-by-Step Checkout Process

Follow these steps to pay directly with your HSA or FSA card:

1. Add Items to Cart: Add your desired purifiers and any eligible one-time purchases (filters or parts) to your cart.

2. Select One-Time Purchase:  If purchasing filters or replacement parts, you must select "One-Time Purchase. Flex payments cannot be used for recurring subscription payments.

3. Checkout: Proceed to the checkout page.

4. Select Flex Payment: Choose the "Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA" option. 

5. Determine Eligibility: Complete the short questionnaire provided by Flex to determine your eligibility.

6. Complete Purchase: If eligible, enter your HSA or FSA debit card details to complete your checkout.

Eligible Items for Flex Payment

You can use Flex for the following items, provided you have a valid LMN:

• Puraclenz Air Purifiers (Core and Photon models).

• One-time purchases of filters and replacement parts (These are eligible if you already have a valid LMN for your purifier).

Subscriptions & Reimbursement

Flex payments cannot be used for subscription auto-refills. If you wish to subscribe to replacement parts for convenience, you have two options:

1. Use a Regular Card: Subscribe using a standard credit card.

2. Request Reimbursement: After checkout, use the "Submit for HSA/FSA Reimbursement" option provided by Flex to follow their guided steps and get reimbursed through your HSA/FSA provider.
