 Photon Pre-Filter (SKU: R0001)

Each Photon unit includes 2 pre-filters, which trap dust and large particles before they reach the Recharge Cell. Keeping them clean is essential for airflow and performance.

When to Clean or Replace

  • Every 6 months (standard indoor environment)

  • Monthly checks recommended if you:

    • Have a dusty indoor environment

    • Have pets that shed

How to Clean

  1. Remove the pre-filter from the unit.

  2. Gently tap it upside down over a trash can to dislodge dust.

  3. Optional: Rinse under cool tap water to clear remaining debris.

  4. Let dry completely before reinserting.
